If i buy the ebay projectors, would i be able to fit the stock mounting brackets to them with some DIYing in order to get them to fit like stock?
I've heard ALOT about them fitting horribly.
i did that.. but then i ended up enlarging the mounting holes and using washers so i was able to adjust them properly to fit. Iv never seen those versions before with the shroud around the projector.
Does the light itself look similar to yours?
i had those on my 98 they fit fine, the light output was horrible with any bulbs. i may as well been driving with just parking lamps on

The back of the projector housing will hit on the core support, making them point up. You will need to dent it in a little.

I have the same ones, but black housing. They have been around for a while.

That's why you don't run halogen bulbs in a projector housing. H.I.D.'s will do wonders.
Here is a pic from when I first put them on. The rear of the housings hit the core support and push them down into the bumper.
Dent it in a little right above where the back of the housing sits and they will drop right in and aim properly. The cutoff isn't horrible, but could use some improvement. This is the same projectors with a 35W DDM 6K kit.

Added pics to my post to help explain what I was talking about.
fitment and output with the aftermarket ones leaves a lot to be desired. i have heard of people modding facotry brackets to help, but honestly, I would stay away from these. even with HID, the output isnt that great.
