but after seeing this picture of the GTC I'm glad to have the extra clearance of the Toyo fenders... I don't know if those tires and or stock fenders would have survived through the day running 235's LOL

for the most part all is well. it takes some getting used to with the new stuff. these tires are far better the the Neo Gen's, the rear end has a lot more grip then it used to. I'm gonna mess with Koni settings and possibly try going back with the Addco rear bar to see if I can make the car want to rotate a little more rather then push. but yeah alot more traction, more responsive, and I haven't gotten used to the fact that with the willwoods I don't have to be on the brakes nearly as early.
Car is doing great, I still need some improvement and relearn the car (which wont happen with one more event left for the year
His car profiles says he has a hi flow cat which would put him into STX
profile is not up to date but the bigger diameter brakes, tires wider then 225's, and high flow cat = STX
i've really liked your car since its been redone... i'd love to see some dark tint on it to blacken out the windows and match the rims a bit. great car and i love the stockish yet not stockish type look of it, lol. looks good taking those corners like a champ. well done.

my car didn't want to rotate very well this weekend either at the event i was running at. i softened the konis up front, stiffened up the rear, and dropped the front tire pressures a few psi and it made a world of difference.

I have the koni reds and am wondering how do you adjust the ride? like softer or harder?

making the suspension stiffer and or the tire pressures higher on an end will make that end slide more. I don't like messing with tire pressures much becasue I have them set to where the tires wont roll onto the sidewall, they will go right up to the edge of the tread but wont touch the sidewall. I'm still gonna mess with the Koni's a bit and depending on results the Addco bar is definetly make a big difference. there is a pretty big size and car feel difference form the Eibach to Addco rear bar. Luckily I have both sitting around so I can do as I please LOL
i never had a problem with my 235's and stock fenders

not sure what your asking... if its what your adjusting its how the firm the struts are, if it how to adjust it you need to remove them from the car and I beleiev compress them all the way and then twist one way or the other (which is the reason they don't make them anymore, with the yellows you just pop the hood/trunk and twist a knob)
you said that stiffening up the suspension will make the car slide and then mention going to a larger sway bar...
i'm just telling you what worked for me this weekend. i didn't say to add pressure, merely suggested running lower pressure in the front tires to help them grip a bit better than the rears. also, softening the konis more in the fronts helped the car rotate better as well.

Thanks for the advise and all but I've done this enough to know I'm doing
leaving everything up to the struts and running them rock hard isn't the route I'd go when I can swap in the other sway bar and run the struts at a level where they will absorb bumps rather then hoping over them.

Lookin good dude, that is something I would never do, just really don't feel like sacrificing my front bumper for a fun afternoon. I gotta come watch though. It looks like a ton of fun just to be there.
