Whatever happened to the kit Hahn was supposed to be putting together for the 2.2? I know it was like a year ago, and the search only goes back to January of this year, so I couldn't find it.
yea whats the pricing tho? Is the 171 out of the stage 1 kit i assume? what kind of numbers are commin out of the stage 2?
man that kit looks bad a$$. i hope that kit comes out great like it did for the eco's. i can't wait till i start seeing a lot more turbo j-bodies so we can rule the streets lol
. but i wonder whats the price piont goin to be.
I saw that one, but its on a 2200, not a 2.2. They were working on a kit specifically for the 2.2 with some sort of modified IM to use top feed injectors or something. I gave them a manifold at the '04 Bash and there was alot of talk about it, but I don't know what happened.
im just wondering what other numbers are commin with the stage 2 kit? and prices on each of the kits
yup supply and demand ..... I hate that chain ....
HAHN racecraft is sweet... keep up the great work....

Anyone in the Chicago-Milwaukee-Indianapolis region (or farther, it's up to you) who would like to get involved should email me with details about their car. It would have to be a 2.2 of the 95-97 variety, and you'd have to be willing to be without the car for a few weeks.
If we can't find a suitable recipient, we may purchase a car to pursue this. Frankly, it all depends on the demand. If the J-world doesn't clamor for this 2.2 version, we will stick with the 2200's and Ecotecs and call it good.
Thanks!
So...... if you end up not doing anything, are you going to send me back my manifold? I would be more than happy to let you use my car for that length of time, but I'm in MA. I'll be in touch.
What about the 2.4 TC any word on a turbo kit for that motor or no?
Thanx Charles
boooooo no love for the 2.4's
i would buy a turbo kit from hahn in a heart beat if they had it for the 2.4's. Ive read nothing but good post about their eco kits.

Bill Hahn Jr.- so what kind of power can we accept from both kits and how much is each kits. how much power can the kit make with a bulit motor?

Torquey??
I pulled alot more torque than that with N2O and the same HP.

Man it makes me want to get an eco so I can get 200+ out that same amount of boost.

so what kind of numbers on the dyno would be if on the 2.2 you had internals done, full 2.5" exhaust system and perhaps maybe a superchip in it, even after you have bolted on the turbo kit (i'd say for both kit's Stage I and II).
^^ 115 HP for the 2200. Dont know if thats engine, or whp.
