how many people have done this? im wanting to know how high the programming in the GM reflash will read? is the reflash calibrated up to 14 psi?

R.I.P. Brian Klocke, you will never be forgotten
now when you say no problems, what other sort of fuel mods did you perform if any?
did you just get a GM reflash, put in the supercharger injectors, and boost away? or did you put in even larger injectors, drop fuel pressure etc?
.

Brian ran 320's and cranked the fuel pressure up to around the high 50's. Idle'd like ass, but ran awesome. EGT's were insanely high, way past 1600 in boost. I think it was because of the timing the Reflash pulled in boost, not sure.
O noes!
I believe you'd need the MAP sensor from the kit too, right?
you need a 2 bar MAP.
probobly a rising rate regulator to make up for the difference in CFM...

The SC program is a good starting point for boost.....Kane5576's car with the GM SC reflash, 440cc injectors, a T3 at 10psi and an Emanage will give a stock C5 6 speed a good run on the street ......interpret that for what its worth.............

kane ran a best of a 13.6 i believe on 11psi with a t3super60, with nothing but the gm reflash, 310cc injectors from the kit, and the map sensor. stock fuel pump also. he is now running the setup above and last i talked to him still needed to tune it and get it dyno'd. i'm really curious on what it is going to be running with that setup. i do have to agree that the reflash is a great starting point.
i was planning on running the reflash with 32 lb injectors and a 4:1 FMU disc
2 bar MAP, possible out of a sunbiird?
with the t3/to4e...
but since the prospect of splitting the compressor housing at the casting, i have bought another cav to have for back up... (zeeks car
)
that cost me my injectors and MAP and i'm still trying to find a replacement compressor housing before i put everything in..
you will need a 00+ ECU also...

what do you have going on in that head of yours?
Sven you totally quarterloafed your computer..

cant tell you whats being contemplated, but i will say, its not for my vehicle. so long as the GM maps are still programmed at those higher boost levels......and this is going to be alot of fun.
and yes weasel, i would be using the 2 bar map sensor, and 310 injectors from the kit so that the calibration remains intact.

brain was running 30lb ford injectors as was i, and i was running 60psi of fuel pressure at idle, my egt's got pretty damn high too, i know i needed bigger injectors, but as smokey said from what i heard the egts get high from the timing be retarded so much, and its burning alot of fuel in the manifold
