how does this look?

comes with lifetime warranty as well, im pretty well set on it as my friend who owns a shop can bring them in at a very good price

where the wastegate flange is at is placed ideally as well i think but thats why im asking

thanks for the help

At first glance I'm not sure if my turbo could clear that wastegate flange to be honest.... I mean it barely fit on my log manifold without an external wastegate....

Have you test fitted your turbo to it?

Quality looks amazing.

I dont think the wastegate will clear.... might wanna do it like everyone else does with the externalgate and get a corner put it above the t3 flange

Z speed: im sorry but i dont follow, you got pics by any chance or a link?

also with the wastegate where it is on the manifold i was told it would be better off the turbo flange if i was to run it open dump

honestly looks like itll jus fall apartment if you move it. Should probably weld it and such first before offering such a sturdy warranty on it but honestly you should probably get more into the works before offering a warranty like that because you have no idea how itll last under his welds, and the way you construct it... seems pretty simple but theres A LOT of small stuff involved when making manifolds that last... are you machining the flanges flat after welding it? IT WILL warp no matter how hard u try and make it not warp... theres a few other things i would mention but its my secrets ive discovered over the past few years i keep to myself.

O well i feel kinda dumb. The way i read it, it looked like he was wanting to sell them, not to mention the part of it looking like it wouldnt hold together was a joke about it not being welded yet! other than that looks like a decent peice, not much to it. I think the wastegate is in a bad location tho, to close the turbo or downpipe, those wastegates have a very large head on them.

do you even have a turbo yet? It may work with a 0.48 turbine, but not likely the 0.63, but it is impossible to tell from the photos.

Yea scott i would say get another elbow and bring your wastegate away from where the turbo sits... i dont know about the turbo your getting but i know with mine it wouldnt fit there or it would be a DAMN close fit... you saw how mine was right?

i think that it might hit the cruise/throttle cable box on the passenger side, my turbo's compressor is the same size as a t04b frame for size reference, anyone know off hand if that would hit and even with the manifold will it hurt performance wise at all?
