Get on Importatlanta.com

And I do my own work so I really don't know of anyone. There was a shop in cobb that was known for working on the V6 GM motors. I forget their name. They're usually known for their LSD and tranny work though. Engineered Performance maybe?

Lol I know right! I remember why I stopped posting now that I've been on for about 3hrs. This sh** is fu&*($)%g expensive! Update on me however, stopped working on cars (until I overheated my motor), screwed up in college, started working on houses, met a girl, bought a house, ran across a blown s/c 3800, back on JBO lol. How is everyone! I was pretty sure there would be 1000 new highschool kids on here still asking about body kits and neon lights and still no one living in the SE me and you are used to. No one in atlanta atleast.

Andy moved on to fieros but still posts here and Mike (ohvrolla) is still here. There's one or two new guys in GA on here now, but I haven't gotten to meet them. You gonna be at that show at Mainstream performance in Dallas next month?

usually have to put the pedal to the floor to start it, it has NO power on the bottom end it stumbles and sometimes backfires, the brake pedals unusally stiff and when/if you come to a complete stop she will cut off on ya. starts right back up but these are the symptoms...

new plugs, new wires, new air filter, new fuel filter, batt/alt/starter in 08

Are you getting a check engine light? If so, have it scanned. Hmm, bad running, no idle, and no brakes... Have you checked all of your vacuum lines? Maybe an intake gasket?

Check engine light yes, horrible idle, vacuum was a thought but they all look good to me. Need to get it scanned but since it wasnt running i let the tags expire so im not trying to drive too far

its pretty clean its a black/grey 98 GS 3.8SC. pretty much stock except a CAI and a resonator delete

My friend has one that has CAI, DHP ecu, 3" DP, ubend and resonator delete and a 3.5 pulley. I am thinking of selling my cav and getting one possibly. It seems to be pretty reliable.

reliability has never been an issue in the 3 years ive had it, starts up everytime runs like a champ, fuel economy is alright and maintenance is fairly cheap cuz the engine and platform are common for late model GMs
