and would it be worth my time to do the pistons and rods i am not trying to go to crazy into it think port polish ,cams ,headers ,exhaust intake and then a supercharger would be fine i mean thats pretty good amount of stuff..

You won't have to worry about pistons or other internals unless you're planning on pushing past 8psi. You will however need a new clutch (I'd recommend a stage 2 if you're street driving it). Any gasket you take off to put the supercharger on will have to be replaced, so leave it until the supercharger.

i already have that putting it in tom actually with a light weight flywheel. and i mean i am going to get the cometic head gasket . for [porting the head and with the cams think it would work good?

You should be fine, I have one note though, you shouldn't turbo with the lightweight flywheel (if you were ever to consider it), I've heard of the torque ripping them apart.

for porting with the head.. focus on the exhaust.. most restriction=more power to free up...
opening the exhaust side to match the header gasket is best.. but thats a lot of metal.... so i would just deburr and sand the ports smooth... its a good power freeier
