Bro,listen to me ,if it takes you going through page after page in the forums to find what you need to know, then so be it.But that is why they created a search button.BTW don't waste your time, even if you have a functional air ram,it won't make much of a difference.Jusrt go with a cold air down thru your fender

I agree...i cant really see how these manifold swaps make that much of a difference. They are a pain in the ass to do, and unless you have tons of work done to the motor or forced induction (ie turbo) then you really dont need anything...dont forget, your motor is tuned to take in a specific amount of air to match the fuel - so putting on a bigger intake manifold and throttle body wont do much unless you are running boost, or if you have all internals done and a higher fuel flow therefore requiring more air to be taken in. Just put a cold air or short ram intake tube and a nice filter and save yourself the headache.
Sign up on the Quad4forums.com and check this tech guide out. Lots of info and pics to guide your project of you take it on. Truthfully, it's not a huge performance mod on a stockish motor. It moves the power band up to a slightly higher rev zone and it sounds and looks good. Just mod a short warm air intake to either stay in the engine bay or turn it downward and make it cold air, which is what I did.
