whats the benefit? im still trying to figure it out...? Mabey I had to many beers! lol
I just eliminated the a/c from the rest of the car and saw no need to keep the compressor in there as well.

all u have to do if u don't want AC get a shorter belt from auto part store.

Yeah, but what about all the components that are left behind. I completely removed everything. All the lines, the condensor, all of it. So naturally taking the compressor out is the next logical step.

Actually do you have any pics or info on your intake mani? i've never heard of Chill Factory.
i have heard that the belt from the solstice works on the cav's
which belt did you use? i had to get the smallest belt napa sold.

but you do know if you remove it you will throw a code with that.

And what code would that be? Prior to installing the turbo kit I had no codes. There are no pcm trouble codes for a/c, that I know of, on a Cavalier.

the NAPA belt's part number is 050335

I got NAPA part # 25-050330. Is the number you listed for use on a stock pulley? I've got the RK UDP and this is the belt that worked for me.
