WATER OUTLET INSTALL, HARD LINE?

Anyone know a good trick to get that water outlet passed and on over the hard line, i tried some soapy water, lube and cant get it past the o ring which i replaced with the one thatcame in the box with the part.....please help.

A flat head screw between the hose and metal water neck, and wiggle it all the way around, keep going deeper and deeper.

Wiggle, twist and lubricate to put on. I found that when it's anything but hot out that a hair dryer or heat gun helps tremendously with rubber hoses especially when they are on the more fragile plastic connectors.
