&& power top keeps blowing fuse.

I'm used to having my hand in my 2 Diesel Mercedes, so you point me in the right direction && i'll be great

Can't help you (specifically) with the oil leak. (Sorry).
Changing the driver side window motor isn't fun, but it can be done. The regulators and motors are all riveted together and into the doors. Motors are available on eBay or online vendors. Aftermarket regulators for the convertibles aren't available and OEM ones are near-$300 new. Sometimes you can find a used regulator in a wrecking yard, but convertibles are not plentiful. Best bet is a new motor on your old regulator, but be careful of the clock spring. The third gen convertibles use two electric motors to run the top. If you're blowing fuses and the wiring seems okay, the motors may be going bad. If you ever see a pair of motors on eBay, you should pick them up. (Always replace them in pairs.) Navigate over to the third gen forum and look at the convertible service manual sticky at the top. Good luck. - Mark
