Jack front of car up, place jack stands underneath it.

Take wheels off.

You will see something similiar to this. The part that the guys hands are on is the caliper. Un-bolt the caliper and pull it off. Take the pads out of the caliper bracket. Slide the new ones in.

You will want a brake piston compressor tool:

Take one of your old pads, place it between the piston and the tool, and push the piston in all the way. Stop when you feel alot of resistance, or until the piston is almost flush with the caliper.

After pushing the piston in, place the caliper back in place. After doing both sides, PUMP THE BRAKES IMMEDIATELY. If not, you won't be able to stop on the first try of pressing the brakes if you try to drive it.

Take the car up to 65mph, and firmly press the brakes until you stop. Drive for a mile or so and do this once more. This is seating your pads into the rotor, will make you stop much better.

Any more questions or anything, just PM me.

Torx #50

Also, you can use a C clamp to compress the caliper.

Ah, sorry about that. I know that my J used a 3/8 drive allen socket for the caliper bolts, didn't know that they changed it for 02 Fires.
