Offset with Sportlines

I will be purchasing a set of 18" Enkei RSV's and am currently running on sportlines, and I was just wondering what kind of an offset I should be looking for so that things won't rub, I was thinking a 42, but not sure if that will rub. The rims are also offered in 35 mm offset.

42 would be fine. 35mm might set the tire out too far and it will hit the fenders.

45 would be the other offset and not 42 but I would imagine that would be fine to go with the sportline set up?

45 is fine, but you might have issues if you went with a big brake setup like the Wilwoods or Baers.

What is the conversion to go from mm to inches, I just bought a set of Riax Seca 18" x 7.5" with 6" backspace and I'm trying to figure out if they'll sit under, out or just right. any help here?

I found the info I needed on my Seca's they're 45mm offset, so I should be fine with the Tien Super Street coilovers.
