quick question.. 4 wires on it.

black=ground
gray=tach
red= pink wire off coil pack
red w/green= pink wire off coil pack

so my question is. which wire comes DIRECTLY off the coil pack. the red or red w/green. im just confirming i have it wired right. would the car even run right or at all if i had them backwards?

i have the red w/green wire coming directly off the coil pack. so the signal goes through the tach adapter directly off the engine, then travels through the tach adapter coming out the red wire, then connected back into the pink wire.

is this correct or is it backwards?
