my dad owned it since new. started having problems and was going to scrap it. I rebuilt it in 2010 from the ground up. had a 2.2 4spd auto. swapped it with a 1999 2.4 LD9 and a new re-built 4spd. 2.5 inch stainless exhaust, high flow cat and track muffler. ram air intake, 1000cc injectors, bigger fuel rail and high pressure pump. had computer flashed and all electronics upgraded. all suspension components replaced and lowered 1.5 inches. this car was built using all oem GM parts for the drivetrain except exhaust and intake. in 2011 the body was refinished with an xplosion body kit and American racing rims. later that winter I had the interior done. all vinyl was replaced with royal blue silk and z24 seats installed. entire sterio was replaced with infinity speakers jvc head unit and 12 inch sub.
