I bought this car because it was the cheapest thing I could find, and it would let me save for a sports car. But now that it's modded a bit and I'm racing it, I've found that I really like it, and I think I'll keep it for a while, until one of my other projects are complete. MODIFICATIONS
Engine:- K&N Filter. That is all. This car's about handling baby!
- Oh wait - I added polyurethane engine and tranny mounts too.
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:- Bilstein Coilovers
- RKSport Tubular A-Arms
- Eibach ERS Helper springs (to keep the springs seated over bumps)
- Mantapart camber / caster plates
- Stainless steel braided brake lines
- All bushings are polyurethane or steel
- 18mm stock front sway bar (it came with none)
- 26mm rear sway bar
- Slotted and cross-drilled rotors
- 195/75/14 Mastercraft WinterTraks on Steelies w/ stock hubcaps (Winter)
- 205/55/16 Toyo Proxes T1-R (Street and Rain)
- 205/50/15 Kumho Ecsta V710 R-comps on Kosei K1 15x7 rims (for AutoX - these are undersized for extra drop and shorter gearing on the track)
- 225/45/15 Kumho Ecsta V700 (these are for lapping - they stand up to the higher temps better)
Interior:- Recaro seats (w/brown covers for stealth)
- Pedals set up for heel-and-toe
- Back seat was deep-sixed.
Exterior:- Finally fixed the off-course body damage.
Audio:- Finally put a little stereo in. Got it for cheap!
- Sony Explode deck (7 colours - wheee!)
- Cervin Vega 3-way 6x9's
- 6" Boston Accoustic mids (with my sexy custom MDF adapters to fit these in the doors)
- 1" Boston Accoustic tweets
- MTX something or other 5 ch. amp
- 12" sealed Kicker something or other sub
- Quick disconnects for the amp and sub to enable racing.
Miscellaneous:- Thule bike rack on the roof. Yes - even while racing.
Future:- Frame /strut bracing (some of this will need to be custom because of the camber plates - I've got a crapload of 1" tube now so here we go)

- Working on a custom braking setup to get rid of the useless ABS
- 3" Lapbelt (have it now
- just have to put it in)
- Trunk locate battery
- Ecotec - to be installed this winter
- Turbo - if I can still fit into my same class
