Well, you see, this whole immigration debacle is a pickle for the people in charge because they have to figure out a way to let it continue on so their buddies in the manufacturing/contracting/food service industry can have cheap labour, but at the same time pretend they're taking care of the problem.

When undocumented immigrants cross the border illegally, makes it almost impossible to investigate who they really are because they do not have a valid visa that states who they are, where they come from, how long they’re staying, the reason why they’re here, and if they’re allowed to work or just visit, study, ect..
Now,
As this undocumented immigrants enter the country with no true identity, no specific day when they entered the country, this also creates a gap where they can also commit series of crimes and get away with it and that’s why, not saying all undocumented immigrants are bad people, the amnesty bill did not add up to what the undocumented immigrants want and that is a path to citizenship.
This is sad but that’s just the way it is. Their hole got deeper and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.
All the 40 billion illegal immigrants are not allowed to stay, but they can still send their kids to school.

If the illegal immigrants are not allowed to work and pay taxes, then how come their kids are allowed to go to school?
