I read another thread on here about disabling DRL's on an 03 Cavalier, did everything they said, cut the dark blue wire and ground it and there shouldn't be any drl's when I did it, the lights were always on, even when the actual lights were not on, so I took the wires out and connected the dark blue wire back and threw a quick splice connector and then grounded it, now the drl's are still working and now I have no cluster lights. Need help

Sounds like you cut the wrong wire... I did this same mod and everything worked as expected. Triple check that you did this to the proper wire. Pictures or it didn't happen

It's a solid, dark blue wire with no stripe if I remember correctly. I'll check again and take a pic of mine after work today.
