The passenger quarter panel on my Sunfire is dented heavily around the gas filler. There are a couple sunfires in the U-pull yard with decent quarters. How difficult of a job is this assuming I get a spot weld drill bit?
It is a 99 Sunfire, not a Sunbird like I wrote in the initial post. Sorry
Use a sawzall. Save yourself some head aches. Use a carbide or diamond blade. Get some 14in and smaller blades and have some fun.
On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.
