ok i bought an hid kit they are 9006 55w hids 6000k, heres the issue installed right out of the box passenger side came on perfect driver side no light at all, so picked up relay harness installed and used driverside plug, ran + wire for harness straight to batttery. i then used the - side on a body ground that had a negative battery wire attached to the same spot. now neither of the hids work. but pretty sure thats due to bad bulbs. got new bulbs coming but what i am trying to understand is why am i only getting one light at a time even with relay harness? any ideas much appreciated.

Could be the wire to to bulb is backwards pos is to negative and neg to pos
