I previously purchased a pair of corner lights from slickcar.com about a month ago. Said would ship in 3-4 business days, 2 weeks later still not shipped. A few emails later...emails got progressively nastier as I became more agitated with the problem....finally got a response.
"We are canceling your order and refunding the money on your Credit Card."
I never once mentioned canceling the order....I just wanted to know where the hell my order was and why was I not getting a reply after 4 emails to them.
SO now I am looking for a pair of clear corners....anyone know a decent place I can get them at?
The problem was not picking up the phone and calling them...and it was pretty easy to find their information......maybe would have had better results?....I cannot stand that emails are being used way too often for critical/support issues....Plus, they don't convey emotions as well as speaking with someone....just my opinion.......I would have been more pissed , if they didn't give you a refund....move on, and def check ebay first....Ask us if you any questions about quality, etc.....

I bought clear corners from slick car. They were black.
