LED headlights

these are marketed as fogs, and i've had the weird glow problem with interior LEDs when the car is powered off.

Anyone have any information on these:

Thank you.
Was reading on a Saab forum that they were decent for night time use, but wasnt sure if there was any difference, as the post just stated "LED HEADLIGHT BULBS" with no specific information.

Thank you.

yeah, from the auction:

•Power ~ 72Lumens
•Do Not use it as Low Beam Light
•For Secondary Lighting Only

= BAD for headlight use.

Those SMD chip LEDs do work really good if you get them in a strip and use them for Interior lights. Autozone carrys them in a 2 pack for twenty bucks. think they are like a foot long. though i think someone mentioned something about them having an erie glow at night when the car is off.... yeah they do, due to the dimmer system on the interior lights, theres always like a 1/2 to 3/4 volt going through them at all times. there is a way to get around that, there is a relay under the dash, put a toggle on it and it makes it where you can turn them all off altogether if you want. they dont seem to run the battery dead either. the LEDs are just alot more sensitive to voltage and get a little glow from close to no voltage unlike the stock interior lights. The other thing you can do is just leave your dome lights on when you get out of the car. after like fifteen minuts you will hear that relay click and they will turn off completely as a battery saver feature. You wanna see pics of any of it you can go to me myspace page http://www.myspace.com/madman_crazy they are somewhere on there. probably in some sort of car folder. i dono dont pay attention to it much anymore.
