i bought a 97 cav with the front bumper on it and its sags bad under the headlights. its held up with the two bolts on each side and three zip ties. there is no bumper support/crush guard. so how can i get this sittin where it needs to be? should i go to the junk yard and get a bumper support and mod it to fit or something else?
get the stock z24 support or even the base model.. then just cut it in half i made my supports for my bumper with one long strip of metal and two L-brackets. the llong strip had small holes already in it.
^Yes, I cut my crush guard just about in half and it fits/holds itself up well.
ok sounds good. so i should just cut out where the middle of the bumper with the mesh goes right? i only have like a day to do this so i cant mess it up.
