I was wondering if anyone has a picture of their own custom glare shield.I want to make one but not sure where to start. I know I can jbweld a shield to the bottom of the bulb to reduce glare.

I don't want to paint the bottom of the bulb or the reflector housing.


Does anyone make and sell the custom glare shields for 9007 bulb.

I can't seem to find any pictures of this type of custom shield other than a casper shield.

I have the VVME HI-LO hids in my car, and i have 5 headlight housings (owned 4 sunfires at one point and wrecked one, and sold another one), was thinking about pulling one apart and seeing what it would take to modify a casper shield with a dremel to make it where when my bulb pulls back for the high beam mode, the light can shine through a slot dremeled into the shield, i will keep it posted when i get around to it. or maybe going as far as to take a piece of sheet metal and roll it and make a custom shield.
