I currently have a 02 Cav LS Sport. Im wanting to change from the 02 ls rear to a 03-05 ls rear. Do I need to change anything other then the bumper? Ie crush supports?

Crush guard is the same 00+
You will need the brackets that run under the quarters, as the tail filler snaps into the top of them.

no the crush guards are not the same. I have a 2000 Z24.... and my 03-05 LS Sport bumper did not fit the crush guard. Its the license plate area that interferes. Its a simple trim job on the crush guard, no need to get a new one. A sawzall works wonders.
you are correct on the brackets though, you do need them
