what is the best type of adhesive that I can use to glue them along the door sill?? I got the IF sides and the 3M double sided tape isn't working. I want something strong, that cures fairly fast and that will stick on there very very good. any ideas???
are you using the white 3m double sided tape, or the grey with red backing tape? Also, are you prepping the areas correctly? I've never had an issue with multiple kits.

This but prep the area and also I found it to work better when using a hair dyer to get the tape tacky while applying it. The hotter that stuff gets the stickier it gets. But prep work makes or breaks any adhesive. My side skirts were held on by that and I never once had an issue once I replaced the crap that came on the kit with the 3m stuff.

what's the best way to prep it? Do I have to sand the door sill or any area that I plan on applying the tape? Or do I just make sure it's free of any dirt?
Scuff the area with scotch brite to tack it up a bit, then clean with rubbing alcohol or a prep cleaner.
Self taping screws, works every time

i dunno, i always heard self tapping screws work better
its been a long day so my spelling is a little off,
i used self tapping screws, that 3m tape didn't do anything for me. but the best way to do it is to sand it down flush, and then use adhesive caulk on it. you can also fiberglass it to the car for a permanent adhesive.

Yeah, you're probably the absolute last person on this site that should be giving advice (unless of course, someone needs helping creating 7 different user accounts...)
Adhesive caulk? Really?
Are you building a car or a f*cking bathroom?!
Next time try using the 3m tape to tape your hands together so you can't type your uselessness on here anymore.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step. The next 7 involve deleting accounts. The last one involves logging off and never returning.
