i have a 99 cavalier sedan 2.2 if it matters when i turn my wipers on the work fine but when i get above 55 mph the go to about the third speed setting and will not go off until i get below 55 even if i turn them completely off not a huge problem doesn't really effect me unless its a sunny day and im trying to clean my windows on the parkway they wont turn off any input would be nice
i dunno the answer, but you'd probably have a better chance getting an answer in the maintenance forum...
