Relocating cavalier coolant reservoir

ok i been cleanin up my motor bay and all so far i moved the ecm to under the dash, working on moveng relay box to the glove box i was wanting to relocate the coolant reservoir some were but was not sure if anyone on here has done it and if so how did you go about moving it

The problem with moving it is figuring out why there are so many lines going into the reservoir where most cars have a single overflow line going into the reservoir.
Once I figure out what all the extra lines go to on our coolant reservoirs (I've not done the research on this yet or would've done this years ago), I plan on going with a more simple setup with only one overflow line going into the reservoir.
I've already got the coolant reservoir ready for install and it's much smaller than what we're now using on the stock setup.
Time to hit the GM service manual and do some planning and sorry I can't help you any more on this.

The other two are bleeder lines. One goes to the top of the water outlet on the head, the other goes to the top of the radiator. The large hose is just the main coolant overflow hose.

could the 2 bleeder lines be hooked togeaher with a t and then from the t run a line to the over flow

theres two different coolent res.. out for jbodies.. one has one more line then the other.

i want to get one of those round tube like chrome overflows and drill a hole on the front side of where the stock one is now to run it, then ditch the stock tank. something on my list of things to do that who knows wether i'll ever get done.

ye i was lookin on eaby at them cheep chrome ones that are tube like and i was also going to drill a hole on pass side so when u look in the motor bay all u see is the filler cap

i simply got a powdercoated aluminum reservoir from VulcanTurbo..direct replacement and looks hell alot better than the stock one..why not use one of those???

i want to take it out the motor bay im kind of wanting to do a wire tuck as best as i can so when u pop the hood only thang really pulls your eyes is the motor

I'm looking at moving my resevoir into the wiper cowl. Obviously not using a stock one. LOL
