Okay i got a run or like drip on my first coat of clear where it actually driped down off the paper. I know i sand on the last coat with like 2000 but if i wetsand this before i put more coats on will it get the run out or reduce it down alittle? also what grit should i use or will i just have to deal with it/ thanks in advance

dont sand it until u get four coats of clear on and then sand with 1000 then 1500 and then 2000 wet

best to wait. better to cut thru a few coats of clear to get it smooth over cutting thru the first layer, not getting it straight and having to repaint the panel again after 48 hours.

you can get a clear coat run nibbler from your local autobody supply store, try that first when shes dry then you can wet sand it and polish, saves you from making any low spots in the same area.

and it saves time.
