2002 sunfire. painting red and black.
Red and black turned out awesome except my crap work on filling antenna... but its really nice looking two tone

I have my Rksport lip kit and i primed part of one of the skirts and painted red but it came out all crap and chips right off with fingernail. Im not sure why, i painted it with the same paint as my whole car and that was great. I sanded , wet sanded and cleaned. I used primer and base and it wasnt sticking well and came out bubbly and crap. Is this something with the urethan? do i need certain primer or something or am i missing a step? any tips or help is appreciated
