But to answer your question. They will work like headlights should. But they will be blue.

i wouldnt get those bulbs. they will break in about a month. i recently got bulbs made by that company i think and one already burnt out. granted i only paid like 10 dollars for 2, but you get what you pay for. i just bought Luminics 9007 pure blue headlights for about 35 so they should be much better. Look at luminics or streetglow headlights, they will be what you want.

I had a set of fog light bulbs made by that brand in m car for over a year without any problems. I took them out because i got a set of HID's so all my lights would match. I gave these to a buddy of mine and he's still using them without problems (he had them from just under 2 years now)

check out eBay for the luminics. i just boguht mine for 33 dollars with free shipping. they have tons of colors there too.
