OK, I'm hooking up my projector headlights that I made and got the driver side working but can't seem to get the passenger side working. For some reason, the passenger side hook-up to the headlight isn't working. I used a tester and none of the wires seem to be getting power. The driver side works fine. It was working just before I started hooking things up. The only thing I can think of is there is a black wire coming from the passenger orange wire that was connected to one of the driver side wires, can't remember which one, but I disconnected it.

Sounds to me like you disconnected the positive for the passenger side.
Make sure you hooked up the ground on both sides too (it makes a difference).

do neither low or high beam work?
Figured everything out. Get them hooked up and looking good. I'm very pleased with the results.
Just gotta make some minor adjustments to the lights.
