I am new to the forum so don't get mad. I searched and the answers were vague. So basically I have a stock 01 base model. awful sandrift color like maybe 2 other people on here(nothing i can do but try to make it work). I just want the clean low look. front bumper with the valance. question is I want fog lights BAD! my bumper obviously doesn't have the cutouts. have people fabricated this to work? or do I have to get a whole new bumper and paint it the color of the beach! Does the Z24 bumper with the slots for the fogs fit directly onto my base model?

any help appreciated, like I said I am new and learning so be easy.

just want a slick car like so many of the ones on the forum.

you have two choices... you can make the stock z24 fogs fit your base bumper.. people on here have done it, or you can get a z24 bumper just like you thought of. its a straight bolt on deal for the 2000-2002 z24s unlike the older 95-99 z24 where you needed different crush gards. but i may be wrong though about the 95-99 cavs

The z24 bumper is a direct swap. That would be the best way to go.

thanks guys. painless and productive. now just for survey sake. with my sandrift metallic and black wheels. would you prefer yellow JDM style fogs or bright white?

that color has been made to lookd good many times.. stick with it .
