Well i have some carbon fiber on the way already but didnt plan on making a ton of these. im just curious on a list of who all is interested and how many they want. also how thick of cf you want. the thicker the more expensive. i could do like jason did and make a pvc backing as well if people want that with thin cf. so if you are interested post up so i know if i need to get more carbon fiber on the way. maybe set up a group purchase for this... remember for price a 1'x1' is $30 for .025. and 1/16" 1'x1' is $92... each bowtie will require 2.5"x 6.5" rectangles to make. so let me know what you guys think.

I dont have a arrow head pontiac emblem, i have the 95-99 style sunfire bumper, where the pontiac arrow head is like molded right in the bumper, but they are color matched to the car therfore you dont really notice it. I would like a carbon fiber arrow head badge to lie on the molded in arrow head in the bumper; looking kind of for the look the castrol pontiac soltice has as far as the badge it has on its nose; just like the rksport cf arrow head....

I believe the phase 2 SE had a plastic emblem rather than just a molded in emblem... I'd be interested in this as well if it's gonna happen

pic of such piece? if you get time and can trace it on paper or something i can see what i can come up with for it. it would probably be the .025 cf so its as thin as possible with no pvc backing and with tape to glue it on already.

k i have a decent size sheet of cf on the way to me now. and will start on them as soon as i get the cf. they will be sent with a piece of pvc as a back plate for it if you decide that you want it flush with the surrounding piece. both the pvc and cf will be the same size though.
also for an additional fee... i can get them professionally clear coated as well to prevent oxidation and uv damage... i would have to get priced on that though.

that would work. then i can make a template for it maybe. tracing it would be the best way though, for me to get it exact. i can check around me but dont know anyone with one personally and i dont want to walk up to a complete strangers haha.

RK sport has a VERY nice looking CF Arrowhead for the Sunfire. its not listed on there site. but its in my RK Sport brochure. part number is 06011401 and is listed as 03 Carbon Fiber Nose Badge.
