I was wondering what the best way to trim the front bumper was? It's like it's too thick under the headlights, and aims them up high, and it has also rubbed the paint off under them as well. I would like to try and fix this so that it looks a little more correct. Can anyone hook me up with some idea's?

I'd try shaving the crush guard underneath it down. Looks like it is right where the small "boxes" are off to the side of the rebar
remove the bumper and confirm that spot is where those are and just shave em down a bit
Heat it up and put a paint stick between the section that is sticking up and the headlight. Cool down and hopefully done.
The bumper is actually too thick, like there is too much material or it's too swollen.

Have you tried a 95-99 bumper?
I know it sits lower then the 00-02 bumpers, not sure how bad the gap is between the lights and the bumper is though.
Theres someone on here who had 00-02 lights with 95-99 bumper(I know he's from Florida)

thats wrong, its the other way around. the 00-02 have bigger headlights so if he put the 95-99 on his car it wouldnt fit without trimming alot.
if the bumper is slightly too high, try just sanding it down to level it out. i would try trimming the crush guard though first.
I did sand it before, using a very low grit sand paper and it didn't seem to do too much for me. I guess it's just going to take some time to get it right.

how much does it stick up? if its only a little, i cant imagine why a low grit sand paper wouldnt sand it down enough to have the lights clear. if you want you can always dremel it.
yeah I need to do something on it, it's up a decent amount where it pushes up. I want to say it's almost 1/4" thick under the headlights.

im sure if you have a dremel you could probably get a high speed sanding disc for it and just sand down a portion.
My bad, thats what I meant to say somehow...
