Hello. I am the proud owner of a 2005 gold sunfire. Im getting a bit frustrated becasue i cant find any parts for it. I used to have a cavalier and they had almost every part i needed. Now with my sunfire i just cant find any good parts to make it look better and what not. I wanted headlight eyelids for it and i guess they just dont make them for the sunfire. I also wanted a set of angel eyes/halo's for my headlights but i also cant find them either. I was looking for some colored corner markers and side markers but also had no luck. It seems every part i want they just dont make. Whats up with that? Does anybody know any good websites that sell alot of good interior/exterior parts that will work with the sunfires? I have tried google but nothing ever comes up. Im really frustrated and am at my witts end with upgrading this car. Someone please help me. thanks for reading.
from what ive seen, if you want eyelids for your sunfire, you have to fabricate a couple and just weld them onto your hood. i think theres a thread on here about it. halos-- gotta make em. apparently izn trbl is now being hunted down for "making them" for a @!#$-ton of dough and not producing, and white boy or whatever his name is, nobody seems to like him either. um, on the corners, i'm wanting to say they're out there, but not totally sure. i should stop.....

This is the curse of owning a sunfire.It seems that we get the shaft on a lot of things. Projection headlights are a just like Justin said, the best way to get them is to make them yourself. You can get bolt on eyelids.. ive seen them on ebay i think. There's a thread about clear side markers (the little rectangular ones in the bumpers) in the exterior forum. It can be very frustrating trying to do some exterior mods to Sunfires. I think it has to do with the fact that there seems to be less sunfires around. Just not enough demand. Good luck
I've gotten clear side markers, and eyelids both on ebay.
RK Sport made eyelids for the 03-05 Sunfires. If you want projector headlights with angel eyes you'll have to make them, or find someone willing to make them for you. As for anything else, you've only been here a day so search around this site. Almost anything you can think of has been covered here already so all you have to do is search for it.
For the Exterior:
-Clear corner lenses (thread about this) + coloured LED (superbrightleds.com) = Coloured side markers
-There is a black overlay for the edges of the headlights available (RKsport.com)
-Carbon Fiber tailight filler (Rksport.com)
-Streetfire kit is available (various places)
-Any mirrors available for Cavaliers will fit (aplusperformance.com, ebay, etc)
-Tiburon spoiler (needs custom work but looks awesome, I think a guy with a blue S/F named ?Gary? has it on here)
-Taillights (used to be on the webpage from aplusperformance.com might have to talk to them, they should still be able to get them, or go to ebay)
-For the halo's/projectors i know a guy nammed locdizzle has them on a 03+ sunfire you should talk to him
-And I think the eyelids everyone is talking about is the pre 2003 evileye ones, I personally haven't seen any on an 03+ but they could be there somewhere i suppose or you could come up with something (but 2003 headlights already look awesome)
-Also there are some nice carbon fiber hoods available
For interior:
Carbon fiber or aluminum doorsills, thresholds (Rksport.com, carcustoms.net)
Seats (everywhere or look around j-body.org for various custom installs of other oem seats)
Shifter (B&M if you have a manual, or fidanza)
Mats, steering wheels, pedals (everywhere)
Custom Gauge Pod (blackcatcustom.com)
Guages (everywhere)
...and the list goes on. It can be frustrating not having the selection of say a civic but we do have options, and then there is the host of people on here who have done completely custom exteriors and interiors. Searching around here is definately your best bet since it will get you in touch with the companies that support our community and that will help steer you clear of scams and cheaper parts.

Well thank you for all the replies. Im really not that experience with making anything, let alone installing the stuff in my car but i have a friend of mine who probably would be able to. With the eyelids i was thinking of getting some of that spray on tail light tint and just taping off most of my headlight to make the eyelids. Im looking for some colored corner markers.....not clear. I was told you have to have amber bulbs in them its the law. Right now my car is stock and i hate it. Just not having the knowledge or the parts is pretty rough. I wish all the parts were high demand. Sunfires are nice cars and we need parts too man. thanks alot.

not that its amber bulb IT HAS TO BE AMBER either clear bump amber lense or clear lense amber bulb you can't do say a red lense and say well i have an amber bulb in there

A mod that is well worth it in most all aspects is to lower your sunfire, many lowering kits avaliable(springs, coil overs, bags...)
Lowered car handles better, looks better etc...
Rims.
color match handles, mirrors
Aftermarket hood
fenders
exaust
lip kit/body kit
tint
etc.........
Only thing that pisses me off about owening a sunfire is the headlights; cant buy a set of sweet projectors like you can for the cavy and most other cars; oh well,....

OP has an 05.... different headlight shape. Not too eyelid friendly.

they have clear corners right now on ebay for 30 bucks including shipping.
hey thay also make the eyebrows for the 03-05 sunfire on rksport.com for $99.95 .
