Does anyone know if pennsylvania law requires you to have a third brake light?
yes, if your car came with one from the factory, one has to be there.
if you have a car with a rear window unit, and add a spoiler with a 3rd brake light, the window one does NOT have to work, but you do need a 3rd brake light in PA
Thank you. I had an inspection today, and two weeks ago i put on a new spoiler but never connected the brake light. So, before inspection i cut and spliced the wires together... I personally like just the tail break lights
