How hard is it to remove the strips on the side of the doors? And what's all does that entail? I've googled and searched the forums, but I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

not hard at all just get some fishing string and start ripping it off. thats the easy part. its getting the double sided sticky tape a pain in the ass to get off
helps if ya have a heat gun or if its sat in sun all day long
goo gone is your friend
yea, strip pulls right off, but the double sided tape is a b!tch. If you ain't got a heat gun, you can rub the tape off but get ready for sore thumbs.
thanks, that sounds so simple I feel dumb for asking. I work at a craft store and we have this stuff called "What A Mess" and it's wonderful, so I will do that. And thanks.

I would do the goo gone however just for the sake of the paint, at least that has been proven to not ruin or discolor the paint at all. Anything else I would be worried about it.
MAke sure you get a good coat of wax on it after your done and a claybar treatment probably would not hurt afterward either.

just use a powerful drill (no black and decker bs) and a rubber grinding wheel to get off the tabe., doesnt harm the paint.
