Just wanted to know if there are any Foglights that arn't OEM that fit in the 02 Cavy bumper.
Or maybe some where to get the OEM lights that don't cost $65 each.

I have the LS bumper. Whatever it's called. It has the spots for the lights. It's a replacement bumper.
Most any fog light should fit as long as it's dimensions fit the opening.
