I searched with no luck, so I was wondering if anyone could post pics of their car with tinted windows with the tint percentage listed. It would be of great help to me in figuring out what percentage I should go with.
Heres my cavy its got 35% in the front and 15% in the back.
My old Cavi- 35% up front, 20% back 3
after I got pulled over for it
and if your wondering why the everything on the front end doesnt line up its because i hit a deer at 55
My Silverado- 50% Front, 35% eyelid(to match back factory tint)
I went with 50% this time becase of getting pulled over for 35% on cavi.
20% in the back nothing on the front...
do 15% all around. go w/ nothing higher than that!

Anyone tinted the rear window on a convertible?
Nope, i didnt want to risk tinting my rear because its plastic type
I got ya, my rear window is a glass window, considering it but I need to find out if the tint will affect the rear window defroster.
shouldnt affect the defrost at all, tinting the rear windows on cars with defrost strips is normal, dont worry about it.

I tinted the rear window on my Mom's S2000, looks and works fine.
