Well a long time ago, the yellow bulb in my front blinker assembly started to peel. I was slow to replace the bulb but I did. The problem was that there was a ton of shaving in the housing now. It wasn't too bad but it still annoyed me. I decided to take the advice of someone on jbody and use a little water to get it out. This caused issues since the chorm reflective stuff that's in there and the back reverse light is like a liquid paint. Using the water brushed away some spots and made it look bad. Lesson learned... I was able to find a new front part for $31/shipped, so I wasn't out too much, but I thought I'd share this with you guys so you don't do the same thing.

yeah good looking out. I had gotten a set of clears for 5 bucks and the one had moisture leak so as it baked in the sun and dried out over time it started pitting the chrome. not bad yet look funny.
