I've seen some people on here with the gray emblem on the trunk removed and couldn't find a how-to or anything so I figured I'd ask...
this is what I want removed, but just the gray

gets some fishing line, run it behind the gray to break the glue
pull it off - slowly
spend the next hour picking the rest of the glue off with your finger nails or goo gone
it's pretty simple
So it's basically the same as the side moldings?

yeah if i remember correctly there are no screws just body tape.

helps if you have a blow dryer or the like, much easier when the goo is warm.
It was 110 outside today in the sun, no lie, so I just pried it off and it came off pretty easily... I didnt get a chance to get all the adhesive off due to having to go do errands... and my friend cracked my trunk bezel while we were removing the gray emblem
