Well, after tonight, all I can say is wow. I got fed up with the @!#$ty output and the HORRIBLE aiming of the lights...so I decided to take it upon myself to rebuild them. The craftsmanship of these are simply terrible. No way that there worth the year wait. I'll get some pics of the 2nd light when I take it apart tomorrow....so stay tuned.

Hey everyone, new to this site...
But I wanted to let you guys know that I went through the same thing. I didn't get my headlights for almost 15 months. Completely ridiculous I know!!!! What people need to do is send him a service agreement with an exact time frame on when the project will be complete. I was going to do this but ended up not doing because Josh said it was not necessary. He originally told be 3-5 months at the most, yeah right, that didn't happen. Communication with him was terrible too. Things got a lot better after a year when he handed the project over to his buddy Greg. Greg was awesome at communication, he even said me picture on a weekly basis to assure me he was working on it. He had given me a timeframe, and he pretty much stuck to that. I don't know what Josh does, but seriously, he needs to get his stuff together. Don't get me wrong, he seems like an awesome guy, very friendly on the phone. But his methods are highly flawed. I just got my headlights a couple days ago so I have yet to get them installed. I plan on getting them installed this weekend and will make sure to update you guys on how it looks and works. So far, the job looks good, kinda messy, but I'm just glad to have them back. Sorry for the long essay, but I feel like everyone should know what to expect from doing busines with IZN TRBL...........feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks!!!!

Were are my 2dr chrome door handels. I got my eyelids in 1 month, but why would my door handles take 2 and I have e-mailed you like 4 times can I get a response.

well, it's been 14 months for me, no communication from him since last november. i'm so fed up. will try to call him this week, if he doesn't call back, i'm gonna do what you other guys did and just call the cops out there and get my damn money back.

What you need to do is find the boards that he is posting on, and start posting there telling people your situation. Thats the only way that anything is going to get done.

you people dont realize how the BBB works. they only have influence in cases involving members of the BBB. the cops are who you need to contact. no one else unless you are still within the time limit that your credit card company can help you.
I think someone already called the cops but not sure. Could someone give me the number to the station in his town? And what would be the best way to explain this too them? I think we should all call on the same day so they know this is some serious fraud.

Well finally got a number for josh (not jenny, Stephen 867-5309LOL).
But that number has been disconnected, also called the west sacramento PD and they told me to give their number to my creadit card company and my credit card company can call them. so my creadit card company will be sending me a 2 page form to fill out this week and then i have to send it back to them for reveiw and I may get my money back or not or maybe my product.
So if anyone else has a number for him let me know, cause I'm real pissed now.

I called that number and left a message. hope that was a real number for josh.LOL.
anyway paypal deinied my claim( I have a feeling it's because they can't get ahold of josh or access his bank account to give me a re-fund).
So I'll finish this paperwork for my credit card company and maybe josh will call me back, before hand.
Anyway from other forums I have been on this is happening too, but some forums have rave reviews about him and people are still ordering and getting their parts. WTH?
