Thats the 03-05 LS bumper. The only way to get it is used of another cavy. Yes it will fit an 02, you just have to remove the filler plates under the taillights. I was looking for one, but got the Xtreame tuner lip instead.
you can buy those new too, but better idea is to check around here

Everything i have heard is that they are not made new anymore. Where can you get them new? I know a body shop that would be glad to know that info.
I can get you one... I got my brand new OEM, for $200 CDN... pm me if you want to pay shipping charges. I work for Partsource up here in Canada, and our body parts supplier gets those bumpers directly from gm (they buy huge amounts of extras) at a discount, then sells to the public for an extra cost, mine had to come from BC though and I live in Ontario... so it took almost a month... but I'm pretty sure I can still get them, beats $700 at the dealer, or $600 at the wreckers anyways.
Let me know, maybe I should just buy em all and sell em on ebay ;P
