GM Ground Effects?

Some years ago I was looking into doing the GM Ground Effects for my 98 Sunfire. I lost interest and sold the car. Now I bought another 98, and am doing a complete frame off resteration. I'm trying to remember where I saw these. Can anyone help out?

Damn, WTF if your doing a complete frame-off restoration then my car is missing the frame. I wonder how much this frame is from GM. Anybody get a discount?

why restore a 98 fire when you could still find one in decent condition? i wont even dip into how ridiculous the "frame off" statement was
