for that much damage, id try to deal them down if it doesnt sell the first time around. they'll probably bite too since they probably filed a shipping claim on it and anything they make is profit.
it wont be as easy of a fix as fiberglass would be....but its still doable. although ive never seen urethane crack like that before

Its not fiberglass, so it would be a hard fix, and the part under the crack has hairline cracks in it aswell. Could be fixed if you really know what your doing.
Easy fix! If you have the applicator gun for any kind of 2 part bumper glue.

glue? that looks like a pain in the ass to get just right.. I've never seen that happen to poly but wouldn't you want to heat it up and melt the sides together or something like that? I really don't know how you fix it I'm just guessing..

ehhh, on a flat out crack like that, fuzor or panel bond probably wont do the trick.
cant say ive ever seen urethane crack like that....normally its more of a tear, than a crack like plastic does.
id personally use urethane and "melt" it back together. and when i say melt, i dont mean take a torch to it and melt it back like that.....i mean actually making a urethane paste and working it out that way
id have to say it looks almost like it got super cold and snapped

well when I said glue I meant panel bond.
Its a urethane base panel adhesive. Norton and 3M auto mix would both work great for it. But it is about $50 a tube and You have to finish with the glue. Time consuming too as they take a decent amount of time to set up.

thats what happens to urethane when it gets extremely cold. It becomes just as breakable as fiberglass. I have 2 Streetfire fronts in my basement that are broken like that. One was on a friends car that he hit a deer with doing maybe 60mph last winter when it was about 5-10* outside and it just shatterd like fiberglass.
