I have never seen a paint job using gun metal grey for a Cav except for a few primer only cars.
Has anyone else gone with a base color grey?
Also I have seen a medium green color for 4 door sedan that I liked for the 95 to 99. Anyone have that and what color code is used? I have a 98 4 door.
Do you have any pictures of a green or grey 4 door out there!
was it this color?
if so thats called manta green
No it was a little darker green but your color looks good!
Anyone else?
My idea on the gun metal grey is that not too many people have used this color so it would stand out more.
I was also thinking green on the top and past the door handles a grey.
I want my car to be not too dark any suggestions? My car is white now. I need a change in color but don't
want too dark either.
go with Is300 silver, its essential a gunmetal.
there was a cav that was gun metal. it has the corner lenses shaved too
go to photos and media and check out big pappa's thread. he just painted his widebody that is 300 "silver" and a really nice shade of blue. check it out if you want an idea of whats going on.
isn't Rusty's car Grey now?
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

yeah his is gunmetal. looks amazing. very nice color if you ask me.
I saw it the other day when we went to the junkyard
I love the color on it
Cool, I am going to go with it!
ravens car is also a gunmetal color
piparo....... MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
The Grey Pearl looks awesome! I want GM to start making the Cavalier in a different format with a 3400 v6 with
a 5 speed in small quantities. That way they might cost a little more but it would be nice to keep up the custom
side with all the things you can do to them without messing with the engine so much.
I would like to see them come out with a 2 door with a slightly chopped top and then let everyone go crazy with
paint and body work. If they would throw in some racing seats we would be all set up for all out styling
on these beautiful looking Cavalier's.
I would pay the extra bucks over a Cobalt any day if it had some progress in the engine and interior plus a
lower top.
I also wanted some nice big fender flares to go with the chopped top. I also think that a removable and replaceable side skirt that
could be put on for a nite of cruising and then they come off for the daily ride might be cool.
I would like to hear what others would like from GM so they will bring it back as a muscle car, great handling and able to modify the looks
for all kinds of occasions.
Anyone read my last 2 posts?
I know this is the wrong place to put my ideas but it just came out that way.
Anyone out there that thinks this is a good idea or bad idea lets hear it.
Who's car is that? i have never seen that i LOVE IT!!!!!! the flares is nice. i have never seen that before!
