Gotta make your own...Sunfires aren't like Cavs, we have a limited number of parts.
yea and housing is black to begin with....only thing you could paint is the reflector

a how to what? if you paint your headlights, you'll have zero light output.
your only other choice would be to retrofit projectors into the headlights and wire them all up, then paint the reflector. not an easy task.
You can order some covers, thats all you can do.
