Does anybody know the GM part number for a 98 z24 fog light housing?

Just go to GMPartsDirect.com and you'll get your answer.
You'll have to enter your year of car, body style, and once done, will direct you to anything you want to know about replacement parts and the GM numbers.
Good luck with it and you can buy directly from GMPartsDirect when you find it.

^^ I tried doing that, but there is just so many damn parts who can know what is what? If nobody knows, I guess I could go to the local dealership and get a print out of the part + part number, if they are willing to do so.

If you go to gmpartsdirect.com, send them an email with your vin# and car specs and what you are looking for and they will get back to you with a part#. I've done it many times and they usually get back to me the next day.
