I just want to know what can i use to get rid of the adhesive off my door from my door skin. Its the panel for my body kit that is no longer on there. I put a drift kit on and that panel doesnt go with the kit. Now im left with adhesive on there.

use a blow dryer or a heat gun to heat the 3m tape then it should come ff
Well its not just 3m tape. There was just a small about of it. And the rest is an adhesive. One side of my car has round dots and the other side has zig zags. Its sun type of glue
